About

Nottinghamshire County Council awarded a contract to Framework Housing Association for a crisis response service under the Mental Health Support Services Framework Agreement (Call-off 3), covering Nottinghamshire excluding Bassetlaw.

The service supports individuals aged 18 and over with a diagnosed mental health condition who are in contact with Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment teams or are acute mental health patients.

It provides non-clinical, person-centred support alongside clinical and statutory services, addressing immediate money and housing issues that cause stress and compound mental health crises, increasing the likelihood of hospital admission or requiring resolution to enable hospital discharge.

The contract value is £1,028,574.
