About

Health & Safety Executive awarded a contract to Canon UK Ltd for the provision of a UK cloud-hosted Follow Me print solution, including managed consumables, management information, new multi-functional devices with card readers or suitable alternatives, PIN print release mechanisms, and fully project-managed end-to-end deployment.

The contract is valued at £234,666.95 and covers a 5-year agreement (initial 3-year term with a 2-year extension option in yearly increments).

The solution supports approximately 2,500 staff across 26 offices with 100 multi-function devices, replacing an existing on-premises setup.
