Award of Digital Engagement Platform for Children's Services to Mind of My Own Ltd
Awarded 26 Oct 2022
About
Coventry City Council (COV) awarded a contract to Mind of My Own Ltd for an app-led suite of products and services to modernise how the Council gathers the views of children and young people using its Children's Services.
The platform enables young people to communicate securely with social workers or Council representatives, express their views, participate in meetings, and influence decisions affecting them.
It supports the creation of structured statements of views and helps Council representatives capture and evidence those views while meeting quality standards around the voice of the child.
The contract value is £40,000.
