The Royal College of Anaesthetists is seeking a supplier for the management and administration of sales of event partnerships and advertising in emails, College and Faculty podcasts and all-member magazines as a sole supplier for a three-year contract starting 1 June 2026. The College runs approximately 80 educational events and courses annually, from the flagship hybrid conference “Anaesthesia” to small hands-on workshops for 20 delegates, with just over 4,000 delegates across the programme each year. The supplier will be expected to drive increased revenue from event partnerships, email, podcast and Bulletin advertising, work with the College to identify and implement new income opportunities from commercial partnerships, and create new products and packages to significantly increase corporate partner spend and move beyond exhibition and advertising. It is vital that tenderers have a firm understanding of the UK membership sector.

This opportunity could suit agencies or firms experienced in event partnership and advertising sales within the UK membership sector. Key considerations include delivering measurable revenue growth across events, emails, podcasts and magazines, developing new commercial products and packages, and operating as the College’s sole supplier for a three-year term starting 1 June 2026.
