The Violence Reduction Unit (VRU) is seeking a supplier to deliver support services in London for boys, young men and future fathers aimed at challenging harmful online narratives and strengthening identity, resilience and relationships. The programme responds to research commissioned by the Greater London Authority showing risks from social isolation, exposure to misogynistic online content and limited access to trusted adults, and focuses on building critical thinking, digital literacy, positive male role models and supportive peer networks. Delivery includes mentoring, workforce development, support for fathers and carers and preventative work in education settings, and the programme is structured into three complementary lots as set out in the notice.
