Supply of Asymmetric Field-Flow Fractionation System for Amyloid Beta Research
Awarded 01 Oct 2017
About
The University of Sheffield awarded a contract to Postnova Analitics Ltd for the supply of an asymmetric field-flow fractionation (AF4) system with UV/Vis and RI detectors, to be used in a BBSRC-funded research project analysing molecular species formed during the aggregation of peptide amyloid beta 1-42.
The system is required to separate and quantify species across a wide molecular weight range at low concentrations with minimal disruption to the injected sample, and to connect to an existing Wyatt Dawn DSP MALS detector.
The contract value is AUD 85,000.
