About

Torbay Council awarded a contract to Contract Not Awarded for the re-tender of the English Riviera Food Festival, following an unsuccessful initial tender in 2022.

The festival, organized in collaboration with the English Riviera Business Improvement District (ERBID) Company, aimed to showcase local food and beverage offerings.

The event was planned for a weekend in Spring 2023 at Torre Abbey or Torre Abbey Meadows in Torquay, with the potential to expand to other areas of Torbay in future years.

The contract value was £300,000.
