About

The Mayor and Commonalty and Citizens of the City of London awarded a contract to OMG Training & Development CIC for a mentoring project targeting care-experienced and SEND young people across all London boroughs.

The programme aimed to deliver targeted interventions, build long-term mentor/mentee relationships lasting at least one year with options for mid-term reviews and extensions, and support personal and professional development, including career networks, employability, resilience, independent living skills, and well-being.

It leveraged the City of London Corporation's livery and professional networks for career guidance and aligned with the GLA's Mentoring Quality Framework, focusing on diverse mentors, rigorous matching, and robust monitoring and evaluation.

The contract value was AUD 246,540.
