About

London Borough of Hackney awarded a contract to Notion Labs United Kingdom Private Limited for the procurement of a secure, centralised cloud-native collaboration platform to serve 45 to 50 users.

The platform is intended to manage ward casework, committee representation, multi-agency updates, and local ward initiatives for the Green Group Councillors.

Following recent governance changes, 38 out of 40 new Green councillors are new to their roles, and the existing system relies on disjointed Google Workspace directories and local spreadsheets, causing administrative overhead and data fragmentation.

The required capabilities include standardised casework logging, centralised knowledge wikis, collaborative ward spaces, and integrated relational databases.

The contract value is AUD 12,773.
