About
TEES VALLEY COMBINED AUTHORITY awarded a contract to Cool Blue for the delivery of Animex 2020, the UK's largest international festival of animation and games.
The festival, celebrating its 20th anniversary, was originally scheduled for 11–15 May 2020 at Middlesbrough Town Hall, expanding into central Middlesbrough to reach a larger market through talks, workshops, networking events, exhibitions, and screenings.
Following the Covid-19 crisis, the event was amended to an online format in 2020, with a live event scheduled for 2021.
The contract value was £55,000.
