About

Sheffield City Council awarded a contract to Amity Relationship Solutions for relationship specialist support to progress the Reducing Parental Conflict (RPC) programme.

The council has been involved in the Department for Work and Pensions RPC Programme since 2019, initially conducting a scoping exercise to understand multi-agency needs and training over 300 staff in recognising parental conflict and supporting families.

In partnership with Empowering Parents Empowering Communities, the Being a Parent Together Programme was delivered to 57 parents, and Triple P delivered Family Transitions to 31 parents.

The contract, valued at £31,688, seeks to build on these achievements, with primary engagement from Intervention Workers and Social Workers who work directly with families.
