The workers, based with Birmingham Youth Offending Services and Police Integrated Offender Management Teams, provided holistic and tailored personal support on a case-loaded basis, aiming to progress participants into education, training, work experience, and sustainable employment.

The six-month interim contract commenced in November 2016 and formed part of the Birmingham and Solihull Youth Promise Plus initiative, funded through the European Social Fund and Youth Employment Initiative.
