About

The University of Nottingham is seeking suppliers to establish a contract for the provision of Graduation Services, divided into three separate lots covering Graduation Gowning Services (Lot 1), Graduation Photography Services (Lot 2) and Graduation Filming Services (Lot 3); the university requests tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified suppliers to provide these ceremony services.

Insight

This could be ideal for suppliers specialising in academic ceremony services such as gown hire providers, professional event photographers and videographers; key considerations are that bidders must be sufficiently experienced and qualified and the work is structured into three separate lots, so suppliers may need to bid for one or more specific lots rather than the entire contract.
