Tender: Research on Collaborative ICT Delivery in Local Government – Models and Success Factors

About

Sector research is needed to understand the practical factors that contribute to successful delivery when ICT services are provided across more than one organisation and to identify the arrangements that should be established from the outset to support effective operations, accountability, decision-making and service performance. The research should consider a range of collaborative ICT delivery arrangements beyond formal shared service models, including lead authority models, partnership arrangements, jointly managed services and other approaches where responsibility for ICT delivery is shared across multiple councils.
