Released 12 months ago
About
The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, acting as lead authority for the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster City Council, is seeking suppliers to recommission services that form part of a Coordinated Community Response to Violence Against Women and Girls. The procurement is split into three Lots: Lot 1 for end-to-end Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) coordination for high-risk domestic abuse cases including case list preparation, meeting facilitation, timely information-sharing and a MARAC Steering Group; Lot 2 for an Integrated Support Service for survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence, stalking and other forms of VAWG; and Lot 3 for Harmful Practices Coordination to identify and respond to harmful practices such as so-called 'honour'-based abuse through outreach, awareness-raising, professional training and MARAC attendance. Contracts start 1 October 2026 for an initial 36 months with the option of two further 12-month extensions, will be procured via an open procedure under the Procurement Act 2023, and each borough will enter its own sovereign contract after the joint tender process; evaluation is weighted 70% quality and 30% price with social value included in the quality criteria for Lots 1 and 2, and all responses must be submitted via the capitalEsourcing eProcurement portal.
