The London Borough of Bromley and the Southeast London Integrated Commissioning Board (SELICB) are seeking a provider for the Dementia Post Diagnosis Support Service (Dementia Hub), a comprehensive community-based support service for people diagnosed with dementia, their carers and the professionals who support them. The service aims to improve health and wellbeing and to reduce or delay the need for costly or intensive services by delivering support in the community, providing an established pathway from diagnosis until a person becomes eligible for statutory services. The service is jointly commissioned by the Council and SELICB, and the Council intends to award a new contract for five years with an option to extend for up to two additional years, commencing on 1 July 2027. A providers’ engagement event will be held on 2 November 2026 from 10:30 to 11:30 AM via MS Teams to engage current and potential delivery providers, inform the Council’s Commissioning approach and shape the service delivery model.
