About

Dstl is seeking a supplier for a Sartorius Octet R8 system to replace an unsupported Octet Red96 instrument used to characterise antibodies generated by Dstl. The equipment will support high-degree characterisation of antibodies intended for therapeutic, diagnostic or detection use by determining antibody affinity to target antigens and identifying antigen epitopes shared between antibodies, enabling Dstl and partners to develop more robust, sensitive and specific antibody-based assays for hazardous biological agents in a shorter timeframe.
