The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is seeking suppliers to join the Flexible Support Fund Dynamic Purchasing System 2 (FSF DPS 2) to provide work-focused activities for Jobcentre Plus Districts in England, Scotland and Wales. The FSF DPS 2 is a light-touch procurement route under Regulation 74 of the Public Contracts Regulations (2015) for social and other services, is for the sole use of DWP, replaced the previous FSF DPS on 1 November 2021, and has an estimated overall value of £250,000,000. DWP has migrated to a new eProcurement solution (Atamis); online applications to join via Atamis are currently suspended and a temporary offline process is in place — new suppliers should request application details by emailing [email protected]. Suppliers will still be required to create an Atamis account via the DWP Atamis landing page (https://dwp2.my.site.com/s/Welcome) and can find registration help at the Supplier Portal Help article (https://suppliersupport.atamis.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/4613254620319-Registering-with-a-Supplier-Portal). Note also that as of 1 January 2021 UK regional geography uses International Territorial Levels (ITLs) replacing NUTS codes, with a referenced spreadsheet mapping the codes.

This could be valuable for suppliers of social and work-focused employment services able to deliver activities for Jobcentre Plus districts across England, Scotland and Wales. Key considerations: online Atamis applications are suspended so applicants must use the temporary offline email process and still create an Atamis account; the DPS operates under the light-touch regime (Regulation 74) and is for sole use by DWP; regional coding now uses ITL instead of NUTS; estimated overall value is £250,000,000.
