The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is seeking suppliers to join the Flexible Support Fund Dynamic Purchasing System 2 (FSF DPS 2) to provide work-focused activities for Jobcentre Plus districts in England, Scotland and Wales. FSF DPS 2 replaces the previous FSF DPS (expired 31 October 2021; effective from 1 November 2021) and is for the sole use of DWP, operating under the light-touch regime set out in Regulation 74 of the Public Contracts Regulations (2015). DWP has migrated to the Atamis eProcurement portal; however, online applications to join are currently suspended and a temporary offline application process is in place—new suppliers should email [email protected] to request application information. Suppliers are still required to create an Atamis account via the DWP Atamis landing page (https://dwp2.my.site.com/s/Welcome) and can consult the Supplier Portal Help article on registering (https://suppliersupport.atamis.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/4613254620319-Registering-with-a-Supplier-Portal). The estimated overall value of this DPS is £250,000,000. As of 1 January 2021 the UK uses International Territorial Levels (ITLs) geography replacing NUTS and a spreadsheet maps NUTS codes to ITL codes.

This could be relevant for providers of work-focused and employment-support social services covering Jobcentre Plus districts across England, Scotland and Wales. Key considerations include the current offline application route (email) while Atamis registration is still required (accepting browser cookies), the DPS is DWP-only and governed by the light-touch regime (Regulation 74), and the estimated overall value is £250,000,000.
