Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) is seeking a Private Sector Partner (PSP) to enter a long-term joint venture to oversee and manage the comprehensive regeneration of Old Oak. The project covers around 31 hectares of brownfield land and is expected to deliver approximately 8,000 homes, including affordable housing, alongside up to 200,000 sq m of commercial and community space, a new canal-side neighbourhood, a major town centre, community facilities, parks and open spaces. Anchored by the new Old Oak Common station where HS2, the Elizabeth line, the Great Western Mainline and the Heathrow Express intersect, the scheme aims to create a major new gateway between West London and the rest of the country. Associated tender documents, including the Memorandum of Information and the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ), are available via the SAP Ariba procurement portal; the notice follows prior market engagement set out in a PIN published 22 October 2024 and two rounds of one‑to‑one meetings held between November 2024 and February 2025.
