City of London Corporation’s Adult Skills and Education Service is seeking a supplier for the Jumpstart to Success project, a GLA UKSPF-funded collaboration with a selection of London local authorities and two prospective partners to mentor NEET young people aged 16–24. Participants must reside in one of the following: Camden, City of London, Hackney, Haringey, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea, Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Wandsworth or Westminster, and must not be referred to or actively engaged with support from Jobcentre Plus. The programme provides individually tailored support to build confidence, motivation and personal development, aiming to move young people into employment, education or training by accessing them through housing, social and youth offending services, children’s services and central London Job Centres; it specifically targets those from ethnical backgrounds, NEET women and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
