Tender: Kirkby School-Based Family Wellbeing Pilot – Ashfield District Council (Jan 2027–Jul 2028)
Released about 1 month ago
About
Nottinghamshire County Council, on behalf of Ashfield District Council, is seeking a suitably qualified supplier to deliver the school-based Kirkby Family Wellbeing Pilot as part of the Kirkby Pride in Place Programme. The pilot will provide practical, trusted and early support for families experiencing financial pressure, low confidence, social isolation or wider wellbeing challenges, testing whether a school-based model can improve engagement with residents who may not access traditional support and complement existing local provisions. ADC requires a single supplier to lead the 19-month pilot running from 1 January 2027 to 31 July 2028; the procurement is restricted to providers with an office in Nottinghamshire that deliver services in the area. The total available budget for the initial 19-month pilot is £140,000 excluding VAT (a ceiling figure which bids must not exceed), with a total possible contract value including any extension of £173,000 excluding VAT and an option to extend up to six months subject to performance, funding and approval.
