FLS is seeking suppliers for admission to a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Invasive Vegetation Control (IVC) services across Scotland’s national forests and land; the DPS commenced 8th September 2026. The DPS provides a compliant route to market for services that cannot be provided through existing contracts or to replace contracts that have terminated or expired. The scope covers establishment operations including cutting (power or hand tools), burning, stump treatment, foliar pesticide application, stem injection of woody and herbaceous material (including sprayed pesticides or eco plugs), hand pulling of seedlings, steep ground/rope access work, non-chemical/manual removal, chipping of cut material, traffic management and manual labour. Submissions for admission to the DPS will be evaluated by FLS within 10 working days of submission, with a possible extension to a maximum of 20 working days, and successful suppliers will be admitted thereafter.
