Buckinghamshire Council is seeking suppliers to deliver integrated Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence (DASV) services in Buckinghamshire under the Buckinghamshire Domestic Abuse Service Plus (BDAS+) model. The service will start on 1 April 2027 for an initial five-year period with the option to extend for up to two further 12-month periods subject to performance, funding and strategic need. Services will be commissioned through two complementary Lots across four separate contracts: Lot 1 for Single‑Sex Accommodation‑Based Support, and Lot 2 for Community‑Based Advocacy and Specialist DASV Support delivered through Tier 1 (Core and Inclusive Support), Tier 2 (Specialist Provision and Targeted Support) and Tier 3 (Therapeutic and Recovery‑Focused Interventions). Although contracts are separate, providers must operate as a single Buckinghamshire Domestic Abuse Service Alliance, working collaboratively across organisational boundaries to share responsibility for outcomes, coordinate pathways and resources, and contribute to service development, performance improvement and system leadership so victims and survivors experience a seamless, trauma‑informed, survivor‑centred, inclusive and outcomes‑focused service that reduces duplication and unnecessary retelling.
