The commissioned service will provide practical, scenario-based first aid training that educates young people about the dangers of carrying knives and weapons while also supporting confidence-building, resilience, safety awareness and positive engagement activities for those vulnerable to serious violence, exploitation, anti-social behaviour, exclusion or wider social harms. The OPCC invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations that understand the local demographic and geography to submit proposals; quotations must be completed in English using the provided template saved as Word or PDF and submitted by email to the address given in paragraph 1.7 of the ITT, with email receipt acknowledged.
