The British High Commission in New Delhi is seeking suppliers to be empanelled under a framework agreement to supply local (Indian) electrical spares and consumables required for operations and maintenance at BHC premises and on‑ and off‑compound properties. Up to three suppliers will be selected through an Open Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023; the framework is tentatively scheduled to start on 1 December 2026 and run for four years, with the rate card fixed for the first two years and a mid‑term performance and commercial review prior to the end of that period. Suppliers will be awarded on a Most Advantageous Tender (MAT) basis with a 50% weighting for technical and 50% for commercial criteria, and the Regional Procurement Hub will issue rapid/quick RFQs among the empanelled suppliers and place orders with the most commercially advantageous bidder.
