Brent Council is seeking a supplier for extra care housing support services at two schemes: Lot 1 – Emma Haas, Watling Gardens (45 units) and Lot 2 – The Willows, Honeypot Lane (61 units, including 5 step-down properties). The service will support vulnerable adults aged 50 and over with substantial or critical care and support needs and an identified social housing need, including needs arising from physical disabilities, mental health (including dementia), learning disabilities and a range of other needs, providing assessed support and a core service to promote health, wellbeing and independent living as an alternative to residential care.
