Tender: Oxfordshire Live Well (Adults) Supported Living Services Framework – Supported, Complex & Forensic Needs (10-year Open Framework)
Released almost 4 years ago
About
Oxfordshire County Council is seeking suppliers for an open Live Well (Adults) Supported Services Framework to provide supported living care services for adults, including adults with complex needs and adults with forensic needs (16+). This first-phase, all-age support and accommodation programme operates under a virtual front door and initially comprises three frameworks with the flexibility to add more; providers can passport between frameworks to reduce administrative burden. The Live Well (Adults) Framework is structured into three Lots — 1) Improve and Enable, 2) Support and Protect Complex Needs, and 3) Support and Protect Forensic Supervision and Support — and providers must have successfully bid for Lot 1 to be eligible for evaluation for Lots 2 and 3. The frameworks cover group and individual support and/or accommodation aligned to Oxfordshire’s tiers of need (promote and prevent; improve and enable; support and protect). Providers must be enrolled on the framework to receive new referrals; the framework will be kept open perpetually with applications evaluated initially quarterly then moving to six-monthly, and the framework period is ten years, anticipated to commence on Monday 3 April 2023.
