About

The London Borough of Merton is conducting a Preliminary Market Engagement to inform the planned procurement of a development partner for three sites in Morden Town Centre: Abbotsbury Triangle, The Civic Centre and Kenley Road Car Park.

Insight

This opportunity could be valuable to property development firms and multidisciplinary teams experienced in urban regeneration and working with local authorities. Key considerations: the process is at PME stage to shape a future procurement, and proposals may need to address coordination across three distinct sites.
