Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is seeking a contractor for the design, supply, delivery and installation of a modular unit and associated civil engineering site works at ARC Healthy Living, Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh. The contract is being coordinated with Keys and Monaghan Architects who represent ARC Healthy Living and is estimated to require 14 weeks for off-site design and prefabrication and 4 weeks for on-site construction. The project is funded through the PEACEPLUS Local Action Plan Theme 1 – Local Community Regeneration and Transformation 1.1 ‘Enhancement to Existing Community Spaces/Halls’ Programme and is being procured as a UK public contract under an open/competitive flexible procedure with qualification, technical and financial envelopes (CPV 45210000).

This opportunity is suited to contractors experienced in modular prefabrication and civil engineering site works who can meet a 14-week off-site programme plus a 4-week on-site build. Key considerations include close coordination with Keys and Monaghan Architects and adherence to PEACEPLUS funding and the stated public procurement requirements (qualification, technical and financial envelopes).
