Tender: Design Team Appointment for 7-Unit Social Housing – Cashel Cross Garrison

About

Rural Housing Association Limited is seeking an integrated design team to deliver a 7-unit social housing scheme at Cashel Cross Garrison, including an Architect as Lead Consultant, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Civil and Structural Engineers, a Principal Designer, and an NEC4 Supervisor. The site currently has planning approval for seven private dwellings that are not designed to social housing standards, so the project requires redesign to meet the social housing design guide standards and submission of a revised social housing application. The required unit mix is 4 No. 3P/2B general needs dwellings and 3 No. 5P/3B general needs dwellings.
