About

The Contracting Authority is seeking a supplier to provide land and deliver a design-and-build social housing scheme on a single site in West Belfast, Northern Ireland. Developers must provide the land and carry out design, construction and completion of a scheme that delivers between 40 and 50 units (sites with fewer than 40 or more than 50 units will not be considered), and must comply with the Department for Communities Housing Association Guide, the Contracting Authority’s requirements, and statutory body requirements.

Insight

This opportunity is suited to developers or housing contractors who can provide a single landholding in West Belfast and manage full design-and-build delivery of 40–50 social housing units; key considerations include the strict single-site and unit-count requirements and the need to meet the Department for Communities Housing Association Guide and all Contracting Authority and statutory standards.
