About

Aston University STEM Education Trust is seeking a contractor for cleaning services at its three specialist institutions located across two sites at 1 & 2 Lister Street, Birmingham: Aston University Engineering Academy (AUEA), Aston University Mathematics School (AUMS) and Aston University Goldsmiths Institute (AUGI). The contract requires regular, routine cleaning during term time and specific periodical cleaning to be carried out outside of term-time.

Insight

This could be valuable for commercial cleaning contractors experienced in servicing educational institutions and managing both routine daily cleaning and scheduled periodical works across multiple nearby sites. Key considerations include coordinating services across three institutions on two sites and delivering periodical cleaning outside of term-time.
