About

West Walthamstow Partnership is seeking a cleaning contractor to provide services for four schools: Willowfield School, Kelmscott School, Stoneydown Park Primary School and Coppermill Primary School. Suppliers will bid for the schools as individual Lots, and at the final presentation the schools intend to select the same cleaning contractor for all four schools (each with individual contracts) from among the four companies. Contract start date for all schools is 1 July 2026.

Insight

This opportunity is suited to cleaning companies able to bid on multiple school Lots and prepared to be appointed across all four sites. Key considerations: bids are submitted per Lot but the schools intend to appoint the same contractor across the partnership, and suppliers should be ready to demonstrate capability across all four schools ahead of the 1 July 2026 start date.
