About

Tunbridge Wells Girls’ Grammar School is seeking a supplier for the provision of cleaning services across its existing facilities serving 1124 students and 110 teaching and support staff. The contract is a fixed-price, three-year agreement from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029 with suppliers to offer an annual cost for cleaning; the school year is based on 195 days (190 days for students). The scope covers cleaning across nine separate buildings on site and now includes the summer deep clean, which was previously contracted separately. The current contract value is shown as £138,712 + VAT for 2024/25 with a separate summer 2025 deep clean at £10,166 + VAT, and the school expects bidders to demonstrate how they will support and develop cleaning services in line with the school’s values.
