About

Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is seeking Registered Providers to express interest in an accelerated affordable housing project on three council-owned pilot sites: Londonderry Road, Stirling House and Parkside Resource Centre. The council says its current role has not delivered enough new-build one-bedroom properties, and it needs a pipeline of one-bedroom units to support care leavers, vulnerable adults and homeless households ready to move to independent living; without sufficient affordable housing the council expects increasing budget pressures across these service areas.
