About

UK Centre For Ecology & Hydrology awarded a contract to AMISTON LIMITED for the supply of a Picarro/Amiston trace gas isotope analyzer (H and C), valued at £124,913.

The analyzer features a small measurement cavity (<40ml) with a long optical path length, enabling precise temperature and pressure control, and a guaranteed drift specification over 24 hours.

This ensures stability and precision, critical for climatology studies where small differences require high certainty.

The instrument's small cavity allows smaller sample sizes and coupling with peripherals such as an induction module.

A compliance certificate is provided, and Picarro guarantees performance, fixing any defects under guarantee.
