Supply of Luminaires for Kilmarnock Viaduct Lighting Upgrade
Awarded Unknown
About
East Ayrshire Council awarded a contract to Light and Energy Distribution for the supply of approximately 150 luminaires and associated materials for a new colour-changing lighting installation on the Kilmarnock Viaduct arches.
The previous ground-mounted blue uplighters, installed over 10 years ago, were obsolete.
The viaduct is an architecturally significant landmark, and the new lighting scheme aims to re-illuminate the arches.
All installation works will be carried out by the Ayrshire Roads Alliance.
The contract value is £100,440.
