About

Leeds City Council awarded a contract to PlotBox for a Cemeteries and Crematoria Administration System.

The system was intended to reduce manual and repeat data entry by enabling funeral directors to input information at source, streamline the booking process for staff and funeral directors, provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders, facilitate electronic business and data storage, and generate effective reports on business use, financial and billing data.

The contract also covered populating the new system with data extracted from the current system and supporting the Council's obligations to adhere to current bereavement services legislation and manage legislative changes.

The contract value was £43,750.
