About

Broxtowe Borough Council awarded a contract to Gladstone MRM Ltd for the supply, delivery, database migration, installation, staff training, and commissioning of an integrated leisure management and point of sale software solution for Liberty Leisure Limited.

The contract, valued at AUD 250,000, supports three leisure centres with wet and dry facilities and a museum in Broxtowe, Nottingham, serving 68 staff members with up to 19 concurrent users.

The new system replaces the existing Omnico Clarity Live system installed in 2007 and aims to improve customer experience through an online self-service portal for joining, bookings, payment administration (including direct debit management), account management, and multi-device access including smartphones.
