About

Derby City Council awarded a contract to KCS Projects and Security Limited for the replacement of steel fencing around sports courts and cricket practice nets at Arboretum Park.

The existing fencing was in a poor state of repair, and this project formed the next phase of refurbishment following the recent replacement of sports surfacing.

The work involved replacing rebound and mesh panels around the courts.

The contract value was £40,000, with a planned completion date of 25 October 2025, followed by a 12-month defects liability period.
