About

Greater Manchester Combined Authority awarded a contract to Delib Limited for the renewal of the Citizen Space corporate surveying and consultation tool.

The system, used across the organisation by all teams, enables the writing and publishing of external and internal surveys and activities, and stores all historical insight.

The contract continues a relationship with Delib that has provided the system (www.gmconsult.org) since 2018.

This year, the site is being developed to allow partners at Transport for Greater Manchester (TFGM) access and full use of the tool.

TFGM agreed to pay one third of the basic license cost, with GMCA paying two thirds.

TFGM will also pay for an extra tool within the site and associated training.

GMCA will pay the initial invoice of £28,115 to Delib as contract holders and will subsequently invoice TFGM for £18,100.

The contract value is £28,115.
