About

The Science Museum Group awarded a contract to Coniston Limited for the refurbishment of the Museum's Lecture Theatre, a space used by over 75,000 visitors annually for daily live science shows and lectures.

The project aimed to improve the visitor experience by updating the tired and worn space, removing extraneous build that concealed the original structure, and making better use of the available area.

The refurbishment formed part of the Museum's Masterplan to enhance visitor experience for generations.

The contract value was AUD 438,194.
