Provision of Band $ Training Inspector Campaign Sifting and Assessment Services

About

Health & Safety Executive awarded a contract to Capita Resourcing Limited for the provision of sifting services for a Band $ Training Inspector campaign.

The sifting involved three questions with a knock-out sift: candidates not meeting the benchmark score of 4 on the first question would not have subsequent questions marked.

Sift output was a single 1-7 score per question with an overall comment, up to three scores maximum.

Capita accessed applications via the VX platform, conducted a moderated dip sample for alignment and client approval, and returned full sift results to the client 10 days after the advert closing date.

The contract also included a written exercise platform where Capita assessed In Tray and Written Exercise, providing results reports with a single score and brief comment per question (three scores and comments per exercise, six in total).

Additionally, Capita provided four Role Play Actors per day.

The contract value was AUD 70,000.
