Management and Operation of Treliske Halls for University of Plymouth

About

University of Plymouth awarded a contract to Sanctuary Students for the management and operation of Treliske Halls in Truro, valued at £1,634,110.

The contract involves allocating rooms and licensing residents throughout the year to maximise occupancy and support the Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust's recruitment needs, as well as accommodating students from multiple universities.

The provider is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation, including health and safety regulations, and for delivering a responsive building maintenance service in line with agreed service level agreements.

This includes proposing and carrying out planned, cyclical, and reactive maintenance, as well as cleaning, grounds maintenance, and security.

The provider must work autonomously, given the site's distance of approximately 80 miles from the main University of Plymouth campus, and is required to submit monthly reporting on key statistics and participate in meetings with the University, the Trust, and other stakeholders.
