About

East Riding Of Yorkshire Council awarded a contract to DevelopChange Ltd for the continuation of leadership coaching and mentoring for Adult Social Care (ASC) leadership, including individual and group coaching sessions and team building for directors, strategic leads, and service managers under a new management model.

The contract, valued at £22,100, was awarded as a sole supplier exclusion because it completes a programme already started, and no other provider can deliver it.

The supplier had previously provided coaching and mentoring workshops and individual supervisions across ASC and Health leadership, and this contract builds on that work with further sessions for ASC leadership and group managers.

The decision was based on value for money, as the supplier has accrued significant detail on ASC leadership through one-to-one coaching and will use it to develop personalised coaching strategies.
