Ex-Ante Assessment of Financial Instruments for the Rural Development Programme England
Awarded 01 Feb 2016
About
The Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs awarded a contract to EKOS for an ex-ante assessment of financial instruments within the Rural Development Programme England (RDPE) 2014–2020.
The assessment examined whether there was a rationale for using financial instruments, evaluating how well they tackle sub-optimal investment situations arising from market failures and providing evidence to justify decisions on using or setting up an effective financial instrument.
The work fulfilled the requirement under Article 37 of the Common Provisions Regulations for an ex-ante assessment before any proposed financial instrument is undertaken.
The contract value was AUD 69,449.
