About

UK Shared Business Services Limited awarded a contract to Hopscotch Consulting Limited for delivery partner services for the UK Space Agency's second education outreach competition aimed at primary school children aged 4-11.

The competition tasked children across the UK to design a mission logo commemorating a launch from the UK, with the winning design to be featured on the first launch from UK soil.

The contract involved promoting the competition through a UK-wide campaign, providing downloadable educational materials for primary schools and groups like Brownies and Cubs, focusing on how small satellites help monitor climate change.

The competition ran from November 2021 to late February 2022, with multi-channel communications to increase public awareness of UK spaceflight.

The contract value was AUD 172,368.
