About

H M Revenue & Customs awarded a contract to CM2 Consulting UK Ltd., Northern Lights Learning and Solutions, Metalogue Consulting LLP, and RealWorld HR Limited for the provision of HR Organisational Development expert services under the 'Culture, Values and Behavioural Change Delivery Services' framework.

The framework, valued at £100,000, was established for a 12-month period to support HMRC in developing and implementing an organisational plan to change its organisational design, culture, and values.

Service providers will work alongside HMRC staff in London, Nottingham, and Manchester, delivering expertise in coaching and skills transfer, communication and stakeholder engagement, and customer journey road mapping to foster a customer-centered culture.

The framework is a refresh of the previous HR OD Support Services Phase 3 and is structured to be accessible to SME and Micro businesses, with individual call-offs expected to be under £10,000.
