About

VIVID is seeking contractors to deliver its 2025-30 retrofit programme to upgrade properties using a fabric-first approach. The programme, informed by VIVID's Net Zero Investment Plan which identifies the measures and investment required to get all 36,000 homes to EPC C by 2030 and to meet net zero heat demand targets by 2050, will specifically achieve EPC C for the 3,500 VIVID homes that currently do not meet the target. Funding will come from VIVID's own budgets and potentially Warm Homes: Social Housing Funding if the bid is successful, and the programme is not entirely dependent on securing grant funding.
